Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless guest experiences under the guidance of senior management.
• Oversee reception operations, including check-in, check-out, reservation management, billing, and email correspondence.
• Supervise front office teams, including Reception, Concierge, and Valets/Bellhops.
• Address specific guest requests before and during their stay, such as arranging excursions, ticketing, transportation, and restaurant bookings.
• Recruit, train, and organize scheduling for front office staff in accordance with labor laws.
• Manage client departures, ensuring overall satisfaction with their stay.
• Conduct audits and manage daily reports to maintain operational standards.
• Build a network of contacts within the area to provide tailored advice to guests.
• Communicate effectively with teams and other departments to create a cohesive service experience.
• Act as an ambassador for our luxurious collection and promote other destinations within the Ultima portfolio.
• Implement established procedures while offering suggestions for operational improvement.
