Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of guest stays under the direction of General Management.
• Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservation management, billing, and email correspondence.
• Supervise the Reception, Concierge, and Valet teams.
• Address specific client requests before and during their stay, including excursion organization, ticketing, transportation, and restaurant reservations.
• Recruit, train, and schedule front office teams in accordance with labor laws.
• Facilitate guest departures and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Control and follow up on audits and various daily reports.
• Develop a network of contacts in the region to provide informed recommendations for guests.
• Compile daily reports.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the full range of services offered and other Ultima destinations.
• Adhere to established procedures and proactively suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
• Foster effective communication with team members and other departments.
