Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the seamless execution of guest stays, under the guidance of the General Management.
• Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservation management, billing processes, and email correspondence.
• Supervise the Reception, Concierge, and Valet teams to maintain outstanding service levels.
• Address specific guest requests before and during their stay, including excursions, ticketing, transportation, and restaurant bookings.
• Recruit, train, and schedule front office staff in compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee guest departures, ensuring overall satisfaction with their stay.
• Control and monitor daily audits and various reports.
• Build a network of contacts within the area to enhance guest recommendations.
• Prepare daily reports to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Act as a representative of the brand's collection while promoting other destinations within the Ultima portfolio.
• Adhere to established procedures and proactively suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
• Facilitate good communication within teams and across departments.
