Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the seamless execution of guest experiences under the guidance of General Management.
• Manage the reception area, including check-in and check-out procedures, reservation management, billing oversight, and email correspondence.
• Supervise Reception, Concierge, and Valet teams to maintain high service standards.
• Address specific guest requests before and during their stay, including excursion planning, ticketing, transportation, and restaurant reservations.
• Recruit and train staff for the front office and organize work schedules in compliance with labor laws.
• Ensure guest departures are conducted smoothly while ascertaining their overall satisfaction with their stay.
• Conduct audits and prepare daily reports to monitor performance and service quality.
• Develop a network of local contacts to enhance guest recommendations and experiences.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain operational excellence by adhering to established procedures.
• Act as an ambassador for our luxury collection while promoting other destinations within the Ultima group.
• Facilitate effective communication within teams and across different departments.
