Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth operation of guest experiences under the guidance of General Management.
  • Manage the reception, including check-in, check-out, reservation management, billing processes, and email correspondence.
  • Supervise the Reception, Concierge, and Valet-Bellhop teams.
  • Respond to guests’ specific requests before and during their stay, such as excursion planning, ticketing, transport arrangements, and restaurant bookings.
  • Recruit and train teams, as well as organize the front office schedule in compliance with labor laws.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of guests upon departure from the establishment.
  • Control and monitor audits and various daily reports.
  • Develop a network of local contacts to provide valuable recommendations to our clientele.
  • Prepare daily reports to maintain operational transparency.
  • Act as a champion of the guest experience throughout all offered services while promoting other destinations within the Ultima collection.
  • Implement established procedures and contribute proactive suggestions for optimizing operations.
  • Serve as an ambassador for our luxury collection.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and among other departments.
