Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on regulatory requirements, financial market licenses, and interactions with supervisory authorities.
• Assist regulated entities in overcoming complex regulatory challenges, including enforcement actions and resolution processes.
• Develop and implement robust governance frameworks.
• Review Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance risk frameworks in alignment with evolving standards.
• Lead and manage regulatory-driven projects, ensuring compliance and offering strategic insights to clients.

Qualifications

• A university degree in law; post-graduate certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with financial regulation, governance, and compliance, with project management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for advising clients confidently.
• Fluency in German (native preferred) and proficiency in English; knowledge of French, Italian, or other languages is a plus.
