Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in compliance with PCAOB auditing standards.
• Oversee audit services related to spin-offs, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP.
• Utilize cutting-edge analytical tools and technologies to address challenges with innovative solutions.
• Engage in the preparation of proposals for new clients and projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor on accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters for both public and private clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach team members; conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback and training.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and uphold the code of conduct.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• 5+ years of external audit experience, specifically in PCAOB integrated audits at a Big 4 firm; 8+ years for senior manager roles, including experience in the United States or Canada.
• Possession of a US or Canadian CPA license.
• A strong grasp of IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
