Our Treasury Advisory practice is committed to helping clients tackle complex Treasury challenges through strategic development, policy enhancements, process optimization, and system implementations. Leveraging deep expertise in Treasury processes and technology, we partner with global technology providers to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of treasury management systems, including SAP TMS, Kyriba, and FIS.
• Drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, steering the treasury workstream.
• Conduct Treasury Advisory projects focusing on treasury operating models, optimizing guidelines, and improving banking, cash, and payment processes.
• Deliver Treasury Health Check and Internal Audit engagements to help clients benchmark their organizations against best practices.
• Manage engagement delivery, presenting project outcomes to senior client management.

Leadership Contributions

• Engage with clients in the Swiss and broader European markets to generate leads.
• Create and publish materials reflecting Deloitte’s insights on vital Treasury topics.
• Develop and oversee profitable opportunities for the Treasury practice.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications and Expertise

We seek candidates who possess:

• Over 6 years of experience in Corporate Treasury processes and systems.
• A strong network of Treasury professionals in the Swiss market.
• Experience in designing and implementing Treasury Management Systems, including Kyriba and others.
• Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to Treasury functions.
• Consulting experience with a strong analytical and design thinking approach.
• A passion for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills in English and German.
• Expertise in treasury optimization and transformation processes.
