Our Treasury Advisory practice is dedicated to helping clients overcome complex Treasury challenges, including strategy development, policy enhancement, and process optimization. By leveraging our extensive expertise in Treasury processes and technology, we facilitate effective solutions for our clients. Partnering with global technology providers, we deliver treasury-focused transformation programs through a comprehensive process design approach, utilizing cutting-edge solutions and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

• Implementing treasury management systems, including SAP TMS, Kyriba, and FIS.
• Leading large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs focused on treasury workstreams.
• Executing Treasury Advisory projects, analyzing treasury operating models, optimizing guidelines and policies, and improving banking and payment processes.
• Delivering Treasury Health Check, Review, and Internal Audit engagements to assess and benchmark Treasury organizations against market best practices.
• Managing engagement delivery and presenting project outcomes to client (senior) management.

Team Leadership and Development

As part of the Treasury Advisory leadership team, your responsibilities will also include:

• Generating leads by engaging with clients in the Swiss and broader European markets, collaborating with fellow Treasury experts.
• Developing and publishing insights on key Treasury topics to enhance market visibility.
• Identifying opportunities for substantial and profitable engagements within the Treasury practice.
• Leading and coaching junior team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• Expertise in Corporate Treasury processes and systems with 6+ years of experience.
• A strong network among Treasury professionals in the Swiss market.
• Experience in designing and implementing Treasury Management Systems, particularly Kyriba or similar platforms.
• Sound knowledge in SAP modules related to Treasury.
• Consulting experience combined with analytical and design thinking capabilities.
• A passion for knowledge-sharing with team members.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor, with a commitment to personal growth in Treasury consulting.
• In-depth understanding of Cash Management, Treasury Management, Payment Management, and associated processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and German.
