Your Role

In this role, you will assist clients in navigating their Swiss and international tax needs, delivering top-tier advisory services. You will be engaged in global projects, and collaborate with your team to ensure our clients are compliant and informed about the evolving tax landscape, including aspects of Swiss tax, international principles, and Pillar 2. This position may also offer travel opportunities as part of Deloitte’s Tax Desk Program in New York City.

Your Impact

• Coordinate and manage tax advisory projects, providing expert guidance on complex issues to international clients across diverse sectors.
• Supervise compliance services for large multinational enterprises, ensuring effective global tax administration.
• Collaborate with cross-divisional and international teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Take ownership of your career path, participating in a robust internal management training program.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, aiding their professional development.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in a relevant field with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, along with completion of the Swiss tax expert diploma or similar qualification.
• A minimum of four years of experience in international tax advisory services.
• Motivated to learn and develop, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong networking abilities in the Swiss market, with a knack for building customer relationships.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
