Our Swiss market-leading Deal Transformation and Post-Merger Integration Team works closely with corporate and mid-market clients to create and generate value from Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Carve-outs. With a dedicated team of experts, we offer integration and separation advisory services and lead complex client engagements by applying deep functional expertise across finance, human resources, commercial sectors, supply chain, and technology. Our approach is collaborative, integrating services with transaction teams and peers across strategy, sustainability, regulatory, forensics, and technology to deliver seamless transaction solutions.

Key Contributions

• M&A Integration and Separation Leadership: Drive complex M&A separations and integrations using tailored methodologies.
• M&A Value Creation: Conduct operational and financial analyses to assess synergy potential and improvement opportunities.
• Exceptional Client Service: Build and sustain strong relationships while delivering high-quality outcomes.
• C-suite Engagement: Lead conversations with clients, transforming ideas into actionable solutions.
• Project Management: Define, plan, and execute project scope while managing client expectations effectively.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and guide team members in a collaborative environment to foster excellence.
• Analytical Solutions: Provide strategic insights and implement advanced analytical and AI solutions.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex concepts into executive narratives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university with outstanding academic achievements.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant M&A experience within consultancy or industry, particularly in key Swiss sectors.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Aptitude with AI technologies and a strong interest in integrating AI solutions for client benefit.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or French is advantageous.
