Engagement and Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

• Implementing treasury management systems such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, and FIS.
• Leading treasury workstreams in large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Delivering Treasury Advisory projects, including analysis of treasury operating models and optimizing guidelines, policies, banking, cash, and payment processes.
• Conducting Treasury Health Checks and internal audits to benchmark treasury organizations against market best practices.
• Managing engagement delivery and presenting project outcomes to client management.

Leadership and Business Development

As a member of the Treasury Advisory leadership team, you will:

• Engage with clients in the Swiss and wider European markets to generate leads.
• Develop and publish material to highlight Deloitte’s insights on key treasury topics.
• Create opportunities for sizeable and profitable engagements.
• Lead and coach junior team members.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals with:

• A minimum of 6 years of expertise in corporate treasury processes and systems.
• A strong network of treasury professionals within the Swiss market.
• Experience in the design and implementation of treasury management systems, such as Kyriba or similar systems.
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules related to treasury.
• Consulting experience and a strong analytical and design mindset.
• A passion for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, and career growth in treasury consulting.
• In-depth understanding of various treasury and cash management processes.
• Strong communication skills in both English and German.
