Our Treasury Advisory practice is dedicated to assisting clients in navigating intricate treasury challenges, from strategy formulation and policy enhancement to process optimization and system implementations. With in-depth knowledge of treasury processes and technology, our team implements innovative solutions to effect transformative change.

Your Impact

In this role, your key responsibilities will encompass:

• Leading the implementation of treasury management systems, such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, FIS, and others.
• Managing substantial SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives by directing the treasury workstream.
• Executing treasury advisory projects, analyzing operating models, optimizing processes, and delivering significant enhancements in banking, cash management, and payment solutions.
• Conducting Treasury Health Check engagements to assist clients in evaluating their systems and processes against industry best practices.
• Overseeing engagement delivery and presenting outcomes to senior client management.

Leadership and Development

In addition to project execution, your role will involve:

• Generating leads through client engagement in the Swiss and broader European markets.
• Contributing to the development and publication of insightful material reflecting Deloitte's perspective on pivotal treasury topics.
• Creating opportunities for substantial and profitable engagements within the Treasury practice.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Corporate Treasury processes and systems.
• A well-established network with treasury professionals in the Swiss market.
• Experience designing and implementing Treasury Management Systems, including Kyriba or other notable systems.
• Familiarity with key SAP modules related to Treasury and Risk Management.
• A strong analytical background, proven consulting experience, and a passion for problem solving.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing.
• Strong communication skills in both English and German.
