Responsibilities

• Ensure the seamless execution of guest experiences within the property.
• Respond to specific guest requests during their stay in collaboration with reception and dining teams.
• Act as a "Lobby Ambassador," representing management in their absence.
• Maintain quality standards and "signature services" in line with the hotel's collection.
• Communicate any specific guest requests to management.
• Contribute to the enhancement and development of hotel offerings.
• Build a network of contacts in the area to advise clients effectively.
• Ensure a high-quality guest experience across all services offered and promote other Ultima destinations.
• Adhere to all established procedures within the establishment.

Qualifications

• Higher education in hospitality or concierge services.
• Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language (Russian and/or Arabic) is a plus.
• Impeccable presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
• Comprehensive understanding of the high-end client’s expectations and requirements.
• Versatile and available to meet guest needs.
• Able to manage priorities and urgent client requests effectively.
• Valid driver’s license required.
