Your Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless experience for guests during their stay at the property.
• Address specific guest requests in collaboration with the reception and dining teams.
• Act as a "lobby Ambassador" and represent management in their absence.
• Maintain hotel quality standards and uphold the "signature services" of the collection.
• Communicate any special guest requests to management.
• Contribute to the improvement and development of hotel services.
• Build a network of contacts in the area to provide guest recommendations.
• Ensure the customer’s stay is exceptional across all service offerings, promoting our other destinations.
• Adhere to the established procedures within the establishment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Higher education in hospitality or concierge school.
• Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in French and English; a third language (Russian and/or Arabic) is a plus.
• Impeccable presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
• Thorough understanding of the expectations and demands of high-end clientele.
• Versatile and available for client needs.
• Able to manage priorities and respond to urgent requests efficiently.
• Valid driver's license is required.
