We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team, particularly for the winter season of 2025/2026, in a role that is essential to delivering our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of client stays within the property.
• Respond to specific guest requests in collaboration with reception and restaurant teams.
• Act as the "lobby ambassador," representing management in their absence.
• Maintain hotel quality standards and uphold the collection's signature services.
• Communicate any special guest requests to management.
• Contribute to the enhancement and development of hotel services.
• Build a network of local contacts to provide tailored recommendations to guests.
• Guarantee an exceptional client experience across all services offered, promoting Ultima Group’s other destinations.
• Adhere to established procedures within the establishment.

Ideal Profile

• Higher education in hospitality or concierge school.
• Significant experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language (Russian and/or Arabic) is an asset.
• Impeccable presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
• In-depth understanding of high-end client expectations and requirements.
• Versatile and readily available to assist clientele.
• Adept at managing priorities and urgent client requests.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
