Your Role

We are seeking talented individuals to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests during the winter season of 2025/2026. As key members of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards and enhancing the overall enjoyment of our clients' stays.

  • Ensure a seamless experience for guests during their stay at the property.
  • Respond to specific guest requests in collaboration with reception and dining teams.
  • Act as a "lobby Ambassador," representing management in their absence.
  • Maintain hotel quality standards and signature services.
  • Communicate any specific requests from guests to management.
  • Assist in improving and developing hotel services.
  • Build a network of contacts in the resort and region to advise guests.
  • Ensure the overall guest experience across all services and promote other Ultima destinations.
  • Adhere to established procedures within the establishment.

Candidate Profile

  • Higher education in hotel management and/or concierge services.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
  • Fluent in French and English; a third language (Russian and/or Arabic) is a plus.
  • Impeccable presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
  • Thorough understanding of the expectations and requirements of a discerning clientele.
  • Adaptable and available to assist guests as needed.
  • Able to manage priorities and handle urgent client inquiries.
  • Valid driver's license required.
