Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the upcoming winter season 2025/2026, who will ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The role involves extensive collaboration with various departments to guarantee that each guest's stay is both enjoyable and luxurious, in line with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a seamless experience for guests during their stay at the property.
  • Address specific guest requests in cooperation with the reception and dining teams.
  • Act as a "lobby Ambassador," representing management in their absence.
  • Maintain quality standards and uphold the signature services of our collection.
  • Communicate any special guest requests to management.
  • Enhance and develop the offerings of the hotel.
  • Build a network of contacts within the resort and region to provide valuable advice to guests.
  • Ensure a high standard of service throughout the guest’s experience and promote other destinations within the Ultima group.
  • Adhere to established procedures and protocols within the establishment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Higher education in hospitality management or concierge school.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in an additional language (Russian and/or Arabic) is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive approach to work.
  • In-depth knowledge of the expectations and demands of high-end clientele.
  • Versatile and available to meet guest needs.
  • Able to prioritize and manage urgent guest requests effectively.
  • Valid driver's license required.
