Your Team

Within Transaction Services, you will engage directly with our client's M&A activities, spearheading projects alongside multidisciplinary, first-class teams. We seek a motivated team player dedicated to delivering exceptional client projects and enhancing our team's effectiveness. A career in the Deals Transaction Services team offers the chance to assist clients in maximizing the value of their M&A activities. Our focus includes evaluating M&A projects through due diligence, both prior to and after completion. We facilitate pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large-scale enterprise-wide integrations, and support intricate divestitures and separations across a diverse range of areas.

Your Impact

You will play a crucial role in providing dedicated support for transactions across various industries and circumstances, such as acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and structured investments. Opportunities include:

  • Engaging in buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance, and vendor due diligence.
  • Offering deal and negotiation support for corporate and private equity clients.
  • Collaborating with experts to rapidly grasp client businesses and articulate findings to deliver high-quality reports.

  • Teaming up with a talented network of knowledgeable experts.

Your Skill Set

  • A bachelor's or master's degree with a background in finance (CPA or CFA preferred).
  • A comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in line with internationally recognized standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large corporations and private equity fund clients.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • An energetic and proactive approach, with the ability to empathize with clients and staff, coupled with a passion for delivering client value.
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to undertake business travel for client assignments or business-related matters.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical software tools (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx) to analyze and present data effectively.
