  • End-to-end strategies and transformations, such as go-to-market and customer engagement strategies.
  • Customer analytics and insights, including data lakes, reporting, predictive analytics, and AI/GenAI solutions.
  • CRM transformation and implementation, alongside marketing and sales transformations, including omnichannel and MarTech strategies.
  • Designing and implementing front office operating models and enhancing sales force effectiveness.

Play a pivotal role in business development by identifying, proposing, and successfully closing transformation opportunities for clients. Collaborate with international clients and lead cross-functional and multi-territory teams to ensure the delivery of large-scale, complex engagements maintaining high standards of quality.

Your Skill Set

  • Over 10 years of proven experience in a consulting environment, with a strong background in delivering customer and commercial transformation programs within the pharmaceutical industry from strategy to execution, demonstrating tangible business benefits.
  • In-depth expertise in areas such as:
    • Go-to-market strategy
    • Customer engagement strategy
    • Customer analytics and insights
    • CRM transformation and implementation
    • Marketing and sales transformation
    • Front office operating model design and implementation
    • Sales force effectiveness
  • A consistent track record of excellence in project deliveries, leading cross-functional and cross-territory teams, while expanding capabilities, service offerings, and client portfolios.
  • Experience in building sustainable relationships with senior clients, recognized for your expertise and ability to interpret their strategic and operational needs, inspiring trust and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to delivering value and fostering relationships as a passionate team player.
  • Fluency in English, with flexibility for travel within Switzerland and internationally to serve clients. A valid Swiss work permit or eligibility to obtain one is required.
