Position Overview

Join a dynamic organization and play a pivotal role in overseeing high-profile competitions, including the EPCR Challenge Cup and the Investec Champions Cup, with exciting plans for the future. This position is based in the vibrant city of Lausanne and reports directly to the CEO.

Contract Details

• Type: Swiss, indefinite
• Compensation: Competitive base salary in CHF
• Car Allowance: 10% company bonus

Buds & Finance Oversight

• E&O Budget exceeding double-digit million €
• P&L management for SF & Finals Match accounts
• SA Travel Budget
• COS Budget – Commercial Delivery crossover
• Supplier contract management
• Financial Approvals

Team Leadership

• Direct reports include the Head of Events and Operations, Lead Match Day Commissioners, Lead Commercial Delivery, and Lead Tournament Organization.

Additional Skills
