Your Responsibilities

  • Retail Brand Experience: Shape the On brand experience through innovative concepts, including programming frameworks, campaign activations, and storytelling that uniquely position the brand.
  • Guidelines and Toolkits: Develop resources that empower regional teams to execute marketing initiatives with excellence.
  • Collaboration: Effectively partner with internal stakeholders and department leads, ensuring marketing strategies align with overall company goals.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline operations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of retail initiatives.
  • Aesthetic Alignment: Uphold the integrity of On's visual language and brand standards.

Your Qualifications

  • Experience: Over 9 years in retail marketing or consumer experience roles, with a strong track record of successful strategy development and execution.
  • Leadership: At least 6 years in a managerial position with demonstrated ability to inspire and cultivate high-performing teams.
  • Educational Background: A degree in marketing, art/design, or communications.
  • Expertise: A solid background in brand-side operations, with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Luxury Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing and brand building within premium or luxury retail sectors.
  • Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with marketing best practices and aesthetics that align with the On brand identity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Budget Management: Proven experience in comprehensive budget planning and optimization for maximum ROI.
  • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital strategies and their application in retail settings.
  • Agency Experience: Successfully managed agency partnerships to drive results.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment, swiftly adjusting to changes while driving innovation.
  • Team Leadership: Experienced in leading to achieve shared goals in a matrixed setting.
  • Travel: Willing and able to travel approximately 20% as business needs dictate.
  • Positive Attitude: A supportive leader who inspires teammates to reach their full potential, with a dedication to clear communication.
  • Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English is essential.
