Position Overview
The role involves leading the strategic development and execution of brand marketing, local communications, and in-market guest experiences, while overseeing regional sales growth and field performance across a diverse portfolio of EMEA markets. This leadership position is crucial for driving commercial outcomes, enhancing restaurant traffic, and ensuring effective brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Field Performance
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to enhance revenue growth, customer traffic, and market share across EMEA markets.
- Collaborate with field teams and franchisees to align commercial plans with short-term sales targets and long-term brand positioning.
- Oversee the execution of field sales initiatives and enhance store performance through localized approaches.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Brand & Communications Strategy
- Define and execute the regional brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with global guidelines and resonates with diverse consumer segments.
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that encompass various media and in-restaurant guest interactions.
- Ensure all marketing assets maintain brand integrity while being tailored to local insights.
- Field Marketing & Market Execution
- Oversee the regional field marketing function, supporting franchisees in executing sales-focused initiatives.
- Create and distribute local store marketing toolkits to promote market-level execution across openings and campaigns.
- Work with operations and design teams to enhance the in-store brand experience for consistency across formats.
- Campaign Development & Product Communication
- Lead planning and implementation of product launches and promotional campaigns, coordinating with various teams.
- Develop clear product narratives and communication plans that align with brand positioning and sales targets.
- Ensure CRM and loyalty initiatives are integrated into wider marketing strategies, enhancing guest experiences.
- Innovation Strategy & Commercialization
- Oversee the creation of a regional innovation roadmap focused on product localization to meet consumer preferences.
- Partner with culinary, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure innovation aligns with strategic and operational goals.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a strategic advisor to franchisees on sales growth, brand execution, and marketing.
- Foster collaboration among EMEA markets to share best practices and optimize campaign spending.
- Represent marketing voices in cross-functional discussions concerning business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team skilled in brand marketing and commercial strategy.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 10 years in brand marketing, sales strategy, or field marketing, preferably in QSR, F&B, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven experience achieving sales objectives in multi-market environments.
- Familiarity with franchise models and capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong background in integrated marketing, communications planning, and campaign development.
- Exceptional skills in managing cross-functional teams with a collaborative approach.
- Proficient in analyzing commercial data and developing KPIs for performance optimization.
- Fluency in English, with readiness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
