The Role

• Strategic Advocacy: Develop advocacy strategies that align with global regulatory priorities and engage with health authorities and industry associations to influence regulatory frameworks.
• Commercial Partnership: Collaborate with affiliates and cross-functional teams to identify regulatory opportunities that facilitate faster patient access to innovative therapies.
• Stakeholder Influence: Build trusted relationships with regulatory agencies, key opinion leaders, and industry trade associations.
• Policy Innovation: Champion modern regulatory approaches, including digital health frameworks and real-world evidence. Lead thought leadership through white papers and position statements that shape regulatory trends.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or Master’s) in regulatory affairs, public policy, health sciences, or a related field.
• Strategic Vision: Proven ability to align regulatory advocacy with long-term policy goals and immediate market needs.
• Influence Excellence: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage regulators and stakeholders across cultural boundaries.

About the Department

The Regulatory Advocacy and Policy team, based in Zurich, has global influence. You will engage with stakeholders across International Operations (worldwide coverage except USA) to shape regulatory policy and drive competitive advantage.
