Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define the global fit and technical development strategy, aligning business goals with product innovation.
• Elevate technical development as a core strategic function, ensuring quality consistency across products and regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product quality expectations, testing standards, and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain technical fit standards to ensure the best fit experience for global customers.
• Implement efficient evaluation processes for prototypes in partnership with global suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage and lead teams in fit sessions and pattern reviews, ensuring products meet customer expectations and quality standards.
• Act as the global voice for fit excellence, collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold brand standards.
• Monitor and assess customer feedback related to product fit and quality, facilitating continuous improvement.
• Oversee budget management and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Product Development, Technical Design, Design, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in apparel technical design or product development across diverse product categories.
• Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing technical teams and developing diverse talent.
• Expert knowledge in technical development, pattern making, and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts into technically viable products, while navigating complex challenges.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a visionary approach to fit solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to present strategic documents effectively.
