Be at the forefront of our mission by contributing to the following:

• Strategically developing IT capabilities to support our global business expansion.
• Driving digitization within a highly regulated environment, adhering to ISO13485, FDA, EU-MDR, and MDSAP standards.
• Ensuring cybersecurity and compliance with ISO27001 and medical device regulatory standards.
• Overseeing IT governance and operational management of the IT department, leading a dedicated team of 25 employees.
• Fostering a culture of innovation and openness to new developments and best practices.

Your Qualifications

We seek individuals who bring the following experience and skills:

• A Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, digitization, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in managing the IT department of an international organization.
• Proven expertise in IT organization design and transformation.
• A strong track record of initiating and implementing the digitization and automation of complex business processes.
• A determined, reliable, communicative, and resilient personality.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills.
