Your Impact

You will have the opportunity to pursue and deliver large and complex initiatives designed to address our clients' security challenges through Transformation programs. This includes managing Supply Chain, Operational Technology (OT), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Managed Services Transformation projects on a global scale, while advising clients on defining their Target Operating Models for IT-OT convergence. You will be instrumental in building a winning team to continue our exciting growth in this domain.

In addition, you will create an environment where people and technology thrive together, enabling teams to accomplish more collaboratively than they could individually. Your role will involve driving and taking ownership of developing strategic client relationships that prioritize delivering value for both our personnel and stakeholders. You will also have the capacity to influence and facilitate the establishment of long-term relationships that are beneficial to the firm and our clients.

Your Skill Set

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, or Industrial Products.
• Strong communication, consulting, and persuasion capabilities.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex security transformation projects.
• Able to collaborate effectively with IT, Risk, Manufacturing, and Security teams.
• Skilled in building strategic relationships with clients and vendors.
• Experienced with cybersecurity functions (e.g., OT Security, supply chain management, incident response) and relevant regulations (NIS2, EU CRA).
• Leadership and business development experience in multi-cultural environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards (IEC-62243, NIST CS).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, etc.) are beneficial.
