The EY Business Consulting team delivers a wide range of services aimed at offering trusted advice to clients within the Financial Services sector, including Wealth & Asset Management, Banking and Capital Markets, and Insurance. In our Transformation Execution Practice, your role will involve supporting complex transformation initiatives, while designing, planning, and delivering impactful solutions for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Pursuing dynamic, tech-enabled transformation initiatives within the Financial Services sector.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to craft innovative solutions and deliver measurable improvements in business performance.
• Utilizing storytelling and presentation skills to communicate recommendations effectively to clients.
• Leveraging our global EY methodologies and tools to achieve various transformation goals.
• Enhancing your skills through hands-on client experiences and internal training opportunities.
• Facilitating roundtables and thought leadership sessions on relevant topics.
• Supporting go-to-market and business development initiatives, providing valuable solutions for clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Excellent academic record from a leading university or university of applied sciences.
• Strong motivation to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment focused on financial services.
• Experience in team-based projects through academic or internship experience.
• A curious mindset with the ability to systematically structure and address problems.
• Exceptional presentation skills coupled with a client's needs-oriented approach.
• Strong collaborator, eager to proactively support team solutions across functions and geographies.
• Fluent in English and German, with Swiss German and other languages considered a plus.

Ideal Additional Qualifications

• Initial work experience in consulting or Financial Services through internships or entry-level positions.
• Interest or experience in target operating model design and process improvements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects.
