• Play a key role within the Record-to-Report (R2R) team, assisting in the digitization of financial processes and crafting cutting-edge financial operating models.
• Provide consultancy on leading-edge technologies and optimization strategies throughout the R2R process.
• Engage actively in project success utilizing modern project management methodologies.
• Contribute insights from daily consulting practice to enhance our advisory methodologies and support the creation of thought leadership articles and presentations.
• Collaborate with an international team on cross-functional projects while helping to shape a vibrant culture and fostering internal team development.
• Embrace an interesting, multicultural environment that supports your personal and professional growth.

Your Skills and Attributes

• A completed degree in business administration with outstanding results.
• Practical experience in consulting, auditing, or an accounting-related role is advantageous.
• A strong interest in digital finance and IT solution architecture, along with process design.
• A high level of motivation and a willingness to develop within a mentorship-driven culture.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in an inclusive environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with a keen interest in modern tools like MURALTM or Power BI.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are beneficial.
• Willingness to travel.
