Your Role in Transforming Finance

Become a valuable member of our dynamic Business Consulting Finance Team, where you will tackle exciting challenges and shape the future of finance for national and international clients. In our Record-to-Report (R2R) team, you will play a pivotal role in the digitalization of financial processes, designing finance operating models, and implementing cutting-edge digital finance functions. Your expertise will be vital in advising clients on leading technologies and optimization strategies throughout the R2R process.

• Guide financial organizations in digitizing their processes—from strategy development to optimization and implementation.
• Support the design of finance operating models, financial processes, and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Provide insights on leading technologies, functionalities, and optimization measures along the R2R process.
• Engage actively in project success with modern project management methodologies.
• Enhance our consulting frameworks using insights from daily advisory practices and contribute to professional articles and presentations.
• Collaborate in an international team on cross-functional assignments, actively shaping our culture and supporting internal team development.
• Benefit from an engaging international environment for personal and professional growth.

What You Bring to the Table

• A degree in business administration with outstanding academic results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or a finance-related position is advantageous.
• A strong interest in the digitalization of finance, IT solution architecture, and process design.
• A high level of motivation and a willingness to thrive in a mentorship-oriented culture.
• An excellent team player who enjoys working in an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A high proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel, along with an interest in modern tools like MURAL™ and Power BI.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
