As part of our Business Consulting Finance team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of finance for national and international clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising financial organizations on the digitalization of finance processes—from strategy development and concept creation to optimization and implementation.
• Supporting the design of financial operating models and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Consulting on leading technologies and optimization measures across the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
• Engaging actively in project success with cutting-edge project management methods.
• Utilizing insights from daily consulting practices to enhance our advisory concepts and contribute to professional articles and conference presentations.
• Working in international teams across functional assignments, actively shaping our culture and contributing to internal team development.
• Taking advantage of an interesting and international environment for personal and professional growth.

Your Profile - Skills That Shape the Future

• A completed degree in business administration with excellent results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or a finance-related position is a plus.
• A strong interest in the digitalization of finance and IT solution architecture as well as process design.
• High motivation and readiness to grow within a mentor-oriented corporate culture.
• Excellent team player eager to work in an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel; interest in modern tools like MURAL™ or Power BI is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
