About the Opportunity

Become a part of an evolving team dedicated to providing trusted advice to clients in the Financial Services industry, focusing on Wealth & Asset Management (WAM), Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), and Insurance sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Pursuing business-led, tech-enabled transformation initiatives across the Financial Services sector.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, business partners, and multi-disciplinary teams to design solutions and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Presenting recommendations to clients in a structured and analytical manner.
  • Leveraging global EY methodologies and frameworks to meet transformation goals.
  • Developing skills through on-the-job experience and internal training opportunities.
  • Facilitating thought leadership sessions and roundtable discussions.
  • Supporting business development initiatives to enhance client solutions.

  • Strong academic background from a leading university.
  • Motivation for a career in consulting within the financial services sector.
  • Experience in collaborative projects through university or internships.
  • A curious mind with systematic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong presentation skills and a client-oriented attitude.
  • A proactive team player within diverse teams.
  • Fluency in English and German; knowledge of Swiss German and other languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting and/or Financial Services.
  • Interest or experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and process improvements.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors.
