Your Role and Responsibilities

As a central member of our dynamic consulting team, you will play a key role in transforming financial processes and implementing next-generation digital finance functions. Your expertise will be vital in advising clients on leading technologies and optimization strategies across the Record-to-Report (R2R) process. Specifically, you will:

• Guide financial organizations in the digital transformation of financial processes, from strategy development to implementation.
• Assist in designing financial operating models, processes, and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Consult clients on advancements in technology and optimization measures throughout the R2R process.
• Actively contribute to project success using modern project management methods.
• Utilize insights from daily consulting practices to enhance our consulting methodologies and contribute to articles and conference presentations.
• Collaborate in an international team on cross-functional projects, contributing to cultural development and team growth.
• Enjoy an engaging international environment for personal and professional development.

Your Qualifications

We look for individuals who have:

• A degree in business administration with outstanding results.
• Some practical experience in consulting, auditing, or related accounting roles (preferred).
• A keen interest in digital finance, IT solution architecture, and process design.
• A motivation to grow within a mentoring-oriented culture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with an interest in modern tools like MURALTM or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel as required.
