What Awaits You

Become a vital member of our dynamic Business Consulting Finance team and help shape the future of finance for our national and international clients. In our Record-to-Report (R2R) team, you will play a key role in the digitization of financial processes, the design of financial operating models, and the implementation of cutting-edge digital finance functions. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising clients on leading technologies and optimization measures throughout the R2R process.

• Consulting with financial organizations on the digitalization of financial processes—from strategy development to conceptualization, process design, optimization, and implementation.
• Supporting the design of financial operating models, financial processes, and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Advising clients on leading technologies, functionalities, and optimization measures along the R2R process.
• Actively contributing to project success using advanced project management methodologies.
• Utilizing insights from daily consulting practice to enhance our advisory concepts and contributing to professional articles and presentations for conferences.
• Working in an international team on cross-functional projects, shaping our culture actively and contributing to internal team development.
• Benefiting from an exciting and international environment for your personal and professional growth.

Your Profile

• A successfully completed degree in business administration with excellent academic results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or an accounting-related position is a plus.
• A strong interest in the digitization of finance, IT solution architecture, and process design.
• High motivation and willingness to develop and grow in a mentor-oriented corporate culture.
• A great team player who thrives in an inclusive environment.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A strong affinity for MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as an interest in modern tools like MURALTM or Power BI.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
