Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the quality and reliability of a designated product family through thorough data analysis and characterization.
- Lead and execute data analytics projects aimed at enhancing yield, throughput, quality, and diagnostic capabilities.
- Facilitate pilot batch characterization for New Product Introduction projects, ensuring knowledge transfer from R&D to Production, and optimize processes for scale-up.
- Manage the maintenance and enhancement of calibration and testing infrastructure for accurate and reliable production.
- Provide first-level support by troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Engage in redesign projects with R&D, offering insights from your data analysis to improve product performance and resolve production challenges.
Your Profile
- BSc or MSc degree in Electronics Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in data analytics and data visualization; experience with Python is a significant advantage.
- Background in manufacturing or product characterization environments is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with electronics hardware design; RF experience is advantageous.
- Basic experience with lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs.
- A strong interest in working at the forefront of technology and an understanding of the latest high-end components.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a bonus.
