Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the high quality and reliability of a specified product family through comprehensive data analysis and characterization.
  • Lead and execute data analytics projects to enhance yield, throughput, quality, and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Facilitate pilot batch characterization for New Product Introduction projects, ensuring knowledge transfer from R&D to Production, and optimizing processes for scale-up.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of calibration and testing infrastructure for accurate and reliable production.
  • Provide first-level support by troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
  • Initiate and collaborate on redesign projects with R&D by offering insights from data analysis studies to improve product performance and address production challenges.

Profile

  • BSc or MSc degree in Electronics Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with data analytics and data visualization; proficiency in Python is a significant plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing or product characterization environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with electronics hardware design, particularly RF, is a plus.
  • Basic experience using lab instrumentation including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs.
  • Strong interest in working at the forefront of technology and understanding the latest high-end components.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across various functions.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
