Our Production Team
As a vital part of our organization, the production team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products punctually to researchers and industry clients worldwide. Collaborative efforts with the development team ensure that new instruments smoothly transition into serial production, while we remain steadfast in our commitment to provide premium service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the high quality and reliability of a designated product family through comprehensive data analysis and characterization.
- Lead and execute data analytics projects aimed at enhancing yield, throughput, quality, and diagnostic capabilities.
- Facilitate pilot batch characterization for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring effective knowledge transfer from R&D to Production and optimizing processes for scale-up.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of calibration and testing infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and reliability in production.
- Provide first-level support by troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Collaborate with R&D on redesign projects by offering insights from data analysis studies to improve product performance and address production challenges.
Your Profile
- BSc or MSc degree in Electronics Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with data analytics and data visualization; proficiency in Python is a significant advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing or product characterization environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronics hardware design, particularly in RF, is beneficial.
- Basic experience in using lab instrumentation, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs.
- Strong interest in cutting-edge technology and understanding the latest high-end components.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an added advantage.
