• A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland is required.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Willingness to work evening and night shifts, including weekends and festive days.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests, addressing their service needs and expressing genuine appreciation.
• Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Handle all payment types, including cash, checks, debit, and credit transactions.
• Manage guests' inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
• Provide accurate directions and local information to enhance guest experiences.
• Compile daily reports, noting arrivals, departures, and any special requests, ensuring report accuracy.
• Complete cashier duties and closing reports, balancing the bank at the end of shifts.
• Organize end-of-day tasks to facilitate the night audit process.
