Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a vital support to our Legal team, providing essential advice in employment law, litigation, and investigations, while addressing complex global and local issues.
- Engage in practical tasks by managing individual legal cases and major projects, including reorganizations, divestments, and drafting and reviewing necessary agreements and regulations.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and create legal memoranda to distill complex ideas into clear insights that contribute to team objectives.
- Assist in reporting key legal matters to audit committees while adhering to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Qualifications
- Swiss Bachelor of Law (BLaw) and Master of Law (MLaw)
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated motivation and ability to work independently on challenging tasks
- Previous legal internship experience, particularly in employment law, is advantageous
