Role Overview
With the current Head transitioning after two successful terms, we are looking for a dynamic individual to oversee all aspects of school leadership. The new Head will ensure synchronization between recruitment and admissions, the academic program, student life, and the development of advancement and alumni relations.
This role demands leadership capacity, operational expertise, and an innovative mindset to advance our academic offerings and establish new partnerships. A commitment to enhancing student life is essential to maintain the transformative experience that Neuchâtel provides.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess sound judgment and relational skills, contributing to the joyful and supportive environment we cherish. Fluency in English is required, alongside proficiency in French or a willingness to learn the language.
Consideration of candidates is anticipated to begin in late August, with the successful individual taking office in the summer of 2026.
