Join Our Global Life, Health and Bank Distribution Unit

This initiative is designed to enhance our ability to meet customers' evolving needs for protection, savings, retirement, and health. The new unit will focus on building capabilities, delivering timely product innovation, harnessing customer data, and forging new distribution partnerships. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a visionary leader in our Corporate Life & Pensions business globally, you will report directly to the CEO of Life Protection and hold accountability for end-to-end P&L and balance sheet performance across key business areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing full P&L and Balance Sheet accountability for key businesses within Zurich’s global portfolio, driving profitable and sustainable growth through innovative customer propositions and distribution excellence
- Overseeing ZGEBS, our top 3 Global Employee Benefits business, and the International Markets business from the Isle of Man
- Leading Zurich Eurolife (Luxembourg), a premier provider of Employee Benefits solutions in Germany
- Driving profitable growth in the wider Corporate Life and Pensions business globally by collaborating with local business units
- Developing and deploying global propositions, solutions, and tools in conjunction with local markets
- Managing and nurturing relationships with strategic partner Employee Benefits Consultants and Brokers
- Overseeing relationships with key global customers and working collaboratively with Zurich’s Commercial Insurance team
- Driving thought leadership in Employee Benefits to strengthen Zurich’s market position
- Enhancing skills and capabilities in Employee Benefits on a global scale
What You Bring
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience in the Life Insurance sector, specifically within Employee Benefits
- A proven track record of successfully driving profitable business growth and managing significant P&L responsibilities
- The ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across a global organization
- Experience in establishing long-term plans, strategy, and policy for sustainable profitability and growth
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of building and leading high-performing teams
