Your Impact

In this role, you will take on various responsibilities that contribute significantly to our client projects:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for pension-related topics within Deloitte Switzerland.
• Lead an array of client projects, including M&A transactions, audits for pension funds, and valuations.
• Oversee the project lifecycle, from proposals and contracting to delivery and invoicing.
• Engage in business development by identifying opportunities and generating new client relationships.
• Participate in and lead initiatives for thought leadership.
• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and promotions.

Your Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess the following attributes:

• A University degree (ETH or University) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Qualification as an actuary “Actuary SAA” or equivalent.
• Experience in an actuarial role, either within the insurance sector or in consulting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a strong desire to learn and make an impact.
• Ability to communicate confidently in German and English with various stakeholders.
• Proven experience in business development.
