Senior Consultant/ Manager - IT Operating Model

Position Overview

Located in Zurich, this role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to Technology Strategy & Transformation. With a commitment to a work pattern between 80% and 100%, candidates are encouraged to engage in consulting for international clients, focusing on innovative technology solutions to enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate strategic objectives into effective IT operating models.
• Support major Swiss and international organizations in strengthening their IT functions and technology capabilities while adopting agile methodologies.
• Contribute to large-scale IT transformation programs, influencing how the IT function integrates with business operations.
• Assess clients' IT service requirements, develop tailored technology operating models, and enhance accessibility to IT services.

Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, demonstrating project management acumen, with prior experience in IT process management or organizational development.
• A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a proven track record in managing engagements and IT transformation; certifications like ITIL or Agile are beneficial.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in technology operating models within consulting or corporate settings.
• Fluent in English and German, with a willingness to travel primarily within Switzerland; additional proficiency in French is a plus.
