Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fluency in English is essential.
• A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in a global professional services firm, focusing on ethics and corporate compliance within the Life Sciences industry and at least one additional regulated sector.
• An advanced degree in Compliance, Accounting, Finance, or a related field alongside relevant certifications.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions, including US, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
• Proven expertise in developing compliance programs that support commercialization and geographic expansion in the biotech sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
