Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize large and complex data sets to address a variety of challenging problems through diverse analytical and statistical methods.
• Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining expertise to develop impactful strategies for products serving a global audience.
• Measure the success of product initiatives by setting goals, forecasting, and tracking key product metrics to identify trends.
• Define and test opportunities to enhance products and influence roadmaps with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to guide and support product strategies and investment decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Over six years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R).
• Proven record of solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches, understanding user behaviors, and managing data-driven projects from conception through execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field.
