Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex data sets to address a variety of challenging problems using diverse analytical and statistical methods.
• Set goals, forecast, and measure the success of product initiatives while monitoring key metrics to identify trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform and support strategic product decisions.
• Utilize technical expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to develop impactful product strategies.
• Identify, test, and understand opportunities to enhance products, driving roadmaps through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R).
• 2+ years of experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches, understanding user behaviors and product trends, and leading data-driven projects from inception to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field.
