Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) portfolio and lead the launch of a new Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) product in the Swiss German region, focusing on market analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships through individual visits, educational events, and congress participation.
- Deliver personalized account management by mapping customer needs and understanding the patient journey.
- Conduct informed product discussions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to align business and customer needs.
- Stay current with product and therapeutic information through ongoing training and self-study.
- Utilize data and analytics to facilitate tailored customer engagements that balance physical and digital interactions.
- Organize and co-create educational events for HCPs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and budget considerations.
- Maintain ethical standards by adhering to local laws and company regulatory procedures.
Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, particularly in specialty care, with an advantage for experience in Pulmonary Hypertension or Rare Diseases.
- Degree in Life Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution. Certification as a “Certified Pharma Sales Representative” is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing product portfolios and launching new products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within a complex medical environment.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with collaborating on marketing materials and campaigns.
- Fluency in German and English, alongside a valid driver’s license.
