Role Overview
We seek an experienced and results-focused individual to spearhead our existing Pulmonary Hypertension business while leading the launch of a new product in the Swiss German region. This role necessitates expertise in pharmaceutical sales, strategic planning, and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Pulmonary Hypertension portfolio and oversee the successful launch of the new Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension product.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with Scientific Leaders, Specialists, and specialized Nurses through various engagement methods.
- Implement tailored account management strategies by mapping customer landscapes and understanding treatment decision influences.
- Conduct balanced product sales discussions with Healthcare Professionals, aligning their needs with business objectives.
- Stay informed on product and therapeutic areas through ongoing education and self-study.
- Utilize data and analytics for enhanced customer engagement and to optimize physical and digital interactions.
- Organize educational events for Healthcare Professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budgets.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in compliance with local laws, company SOPs, and regulations.
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, particularly in specialty care.
- Degree in Life Sciences or related field; certification as a Pharma Sales Representative is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing product portfolios and launching new products.
- Proven sales target achievement and collaboration with marketing teams.
- Fluent in German and English, with a valid driver’s license.
