Your Next Challenge

We offer the opportunity to manage the existing Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) business while leading the launch of an innovative new product in the Swiss German region. This position calls for robust pharmaceutical sales expertise, strategic planning skills, and the ability to build relationships with key healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of the Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) portfolio and spearhead the launch strategy for a new Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) product.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers, including Scientific Leaders and specialized healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough account management by mapping customer needs and understanding treatment influencers.
  • Engage in comprehensive sales discussions, aligning customer needs with business objectives.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development through training, conferences, and research in the therapeutic area.
  • Utilize data and analytics to tailor customer engagements and enhance relationships.
  • Coordinate educational events for healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and adhere to local laws and company regulations.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, particularly in specialty care; experience in Pulmonary Hypertension or Rare Diseases is advantageous.
  • A degree in Life Sciences or related fields is essential, with certifications like “Certified Pharma Sales Representative” being a strong plus.
  • A proven track record in managing product portfolios and launching new products successfully.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Effective organizational abilities with a strategic approach to planning.
  • Comfortable collaborating with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
  • Fluent in German and English, coupled with a valid driver’s license.
