Your Impact

In your role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with C-suite and HR leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading HR Strategy Engagements: Collaborate with executives to develop comprehensive HR strategies and operating models.
• Advising on Payroll Transformation: Provide expert guidance on payroll optimization and technology implementations across complex environments.
• Optimizing HR Service Delivery: Assist clients in redesigning HR service delivery models to enhance efficiency.
• Managing Strategic Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain partnerships with primary stakeholders for high-value engagements.
• Developing Integrated Solutions: Create holistic HR solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Mentoring and Developing Talent: Share your expertise to foster growth among junior consultants.
• Contributing to Thought Leadership: Develop insights on HR trends and represent the brand at industry events.
• Shaping Our Practice: Play a key role in the growth and evolution of our HR Strategy & Technology practice.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals with the following qualifications:

• A strong academic background, preferably a Master’s degree or MBA.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR advisory or consulting, focusing on Payroll and HR Services.
• Expertise in Payroll strategy and optimization.
• Experience with HR service delivery models and business process outsourcing.
• A proven track record in leading successful HR transformation projects.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
